Select your shotlist rows in Numbers/Excel (header row included), copy, and paste them below. Rows are grouped into scenes by their SCENE column.
Choose a project file (.json) that was saved with "Save Project."
Paste your script or treatment. Select text for a toolbar to pick a shot size, underline, highlight, or add a note — or right-click to create a shot. Or arm a tool below (or press U for underline, 1–4 for a highlight colour, N for a note) and just select text to apply it. Underlines, highlights and notes stay on the page and never appear in the shotlist.
Walls, openings and shapes belong to the location and are shared by every scene there. Cameras and props belong to the selected scene. Everything is undoable.
Right-click an actor or extra on the plan to assign a name from this list.

Real sun position for any date and place — sunrise/sunset, golden hour (orange) and blue hour (blue) marked on the path. This can't fetch a live satellite photo (the sandbox only allows Google Fonts through) — drop in your own screenshot as the background and use zoom/rotate/drag to line it up with the compass.

Entered once for the production. Star a name to feature it as a key contact at the top of the sheet. Leave a call time blank to use the day's general call.
Each cast member can carry their own pickup, wardrobe, make-up and on-set times.

Typing changes how the text flows, so the page breaks — and the number of pages — can move. Shot references and highlights stay attached to their text, but deleting text a shot was made from will ask what to do with that shot.
Choose Save changes when you're done to re-flow the pages.
Importing this PDF will replace everything in the Script tab. This can be undone with Ctrl/Cmd+Z afterward.
